1、排好版面，包括設置材料高度、大小、距離、行距等參數。同樣內容的批量復制好。

在自動點擊右鍵選折打并裝載打開在文泰中保存的要雕刻的路徑，換上所選的刀具，在手動中將雕刻頭移動到要雕刻的材料上定原點（在工作坐標X、Y、Z上點擊），切割時一般先把刀具移動到材料的前面把Z軸和臺面剛接觸到后把Z軸定0后，在抬起Z軸把刀具移動到材料的左下角把X,Y在定0即可。。。

假設同一版面上既有雕刻還有切割需要更換刀具時雕刻完成后卸下雕刻刀具，換上切割刀具只要把Z軸重新定原點即可，X、Y坐標一定不能更改，否則切割和雕刻跟排版版面不吻合。（切割時注意把進給速度調慢，不同材料在調整以下主軸轉速）。

5、抬起主軸，移動龍門架到合適位置，加工完成。
