使用五軸泡沫雕刻機時維修保養和注意事項

1.發動前查驗五軸雕刻機各處搖桿是不是在正常部位，各運動部件是否完好無損，滑軌有機油潤化，隨后發動底速動轉1~2分鐘，觀查是不是有異常現象，等數控車床運轉正常后方能進行作業。
1. Before starting, first check whether the rocker of the five axis engraving machine is in the normal position, whether the moving parts are intact, and whether the slide rail is lubricated with oil. Then, start the machine at the bottom speed for 1-2 minutes to observe whether there is any abnormal phenomenon. The operation can be carried out after the CNC lathe runs normally.
2.泡沫雕刻機主軸軸承、操作臺和滑軌面制止敲擊和沖擊，操作臺及鋼軌面不可亂堆專用工具和毛胚及不相關的鋼件或物件。

3.有效切削，調節適合的變大（變小）倍率，視出產加工情況選擇數控刀片、轉速比、下刀量、出產加工速率及順，逆銑方位。
3. Effective cutting, adjust the suitable increasing (decreasing) ratio, and select CNC blade, speed ratio, cutting amount, production processing rate and the direction of forward and backward milling according to the production and processing conditions.
4.悉數出產過程中，不能戴手套，關于出產過程中有木渣飛濺時要做好雙眼的保護作業，出產過程中不可以用力或碎布條等臟物觸碰現已旋轉的數控刀片，在鏟除木渣時要確保數控刀片完全終止運轉才可以木渣。
4. Do not wear gloves in the production process. When there is wood residue splashing in the production process, protect your eyes. Do not use force or rags to touch the rotary NC blade. When removing the wood residue, ensure that the NC blade completely stops running to eliminate the wood residue.
5.作業完畢，斷電，鏟除各方位木渣，臟物。其他相關輔助工具必須放還原處。

6.作業臺面及滑軌每日擦洗干凈，不能有木渣、油漬殘渣等。

7.接連運作時間每天10鐘頭以下，確保冷卻循環水的清理及離心水泵的正常作業，決不能夠 使水冷散熱伺服電機出現少水情況，定時執行拆換冷卻循環水，以避免溫度過高。儲水箱里邊的冷卻循環水每日必須拆換一次；

8.五軸泡沫雕刻機每一次設備運用完畢，要留心鏟除，盡量將服務平臺及傳動裝置上的煙塵鏟除干凈，準時（每星期）對傳動裝置（X,Y,Z三軸）潤化加油。滑軌可運用油槍上油，滾珠絲桿要加0﹟潤滑油脂或無鹽黃油；

9.設備若長時間不運用，應準時（每星期）加油空走，以確保傳動裝置的和諧能力。

10.準時（依運用情況）鏟除電器箱里塵土，查驗接線端子排螺釘是不是松脫，以確保設備電源電路性，靠譜運用；

11.準時（依運用情況）查驗設備各構件螺絲是不是松脫，以確保設備靠譜運轉。

12.對電器進行保護保養查驗時，一定要斷開開關電源，待監控器無顯示信息及主操控回路指示燈吹滅后，即可進行。
