一、電腦方面

定期查殺病毒，但注意工作時不可以打開防毒程度，小心干擾。定期清理機箱灰塵，注意機箱的散熱，小心灰塵過多引起工控卡出錯。定期整理磁盤碎片，優化電腦系統。

二、清理

定期清理工控箱，灰塵時電路板的殺手。定期清理絲杠，防止絲杠上粘有異物，絲杠在設備中很重要，他決定了機器的精度，而且絲杠在傳動過程中也起重要作用。

The lead screw is very important in the equipment, which determines the accuracy of the machine, and the lead screw also plays an important role in the transmission process.

工作完了應及時清理臺面，這就給木工雕刻機下次工作提供了方便。清理導軌及導軌旁邊的材料屑，以防止因碎屑干擾導致機器在工作過程中出現卡機。

三、上油

加完油后慢速來回走動，保證潤滑油能夠均勻加到導軌與絲杠上。機器若長期不用，應定期加油空走，以保證傳動系統的靈活性。

After adding oil, walk back and forth slowly to ensure that the lubricating oil can be evenly added to the guide rail and lead screw. If the machine is not used for a long time, it should be refueled regularly to ensure the flexibility of the transmission system.

清理干凈導軌與絲杠，可用布不脫毛把導軌和絲杠上的油污和材料屑清理掉。因氣溫較低，可把導軌和絲杠都加機油，加防凍機油。加油周期為每月兩次，也就是每兩周加一次油。

四、溫度

機器不用時，若室溫較低更好倒出水箱里的水，防止凍裂水箱與水管。保證操作間環境溫度，木工雕刻機達到室溫，少工作人員也不會很冷。查看所加油標準適用溫度，少達到低溫度。

溫度對于木工雕刻機的影響不是很大，但由于用戶給絲杠加黃油，冬季也忘了清理，導致每次開機運行不開，有的工作室氣溫很低，雖然加了機油，可還是凍上了，機器運行不起來。

五、冷卻水

有條件可以使用防凍液冷卻。注意環境溫度，小心因水溫過冷而造成水箱與水管凍裂。冷卻水為主軸電機正常工作的必要條件，若冷卻水過臟會對電機造成嚴重傷害，保證冷卻水的清潔及水泵的正常工作。注意水位，絕不可使水冷主軸電機出現缺水現象，使電機熱量不能及時導出。

Cooling water is a necessary condition for the normal operation of the spindle motor.
