數控設備故障了怎么辦？

一。主軸自動轉或停不了

One. The spindle can not rotate or stop automatically

控制卡故障；

Control card failure;

變頻器故障

Inverter fault 

二。打開軟件時，電腦提示“打開卡失敗，請檢查卡”的提示

II. When opening the software, the computer prompts "failed to open the card, please check the card"

檢查板卡的驅動程序有沒有裝好，或把板卡換一個PCI插槽；

Check whether the driver of the board is installed, or replace the board with a PCI slot;

把兩根數據連接線重新安裝，檢查有沒有斷針的現象；

Reinstall the two data connecting wires and check whether the needle is broken;

板卡有問題，更換板卡

There is a problem with the board. Replace the board

三。打開軟件時提示：三軸報警，初始化錯誤四號

檢查電腦與機器的兩根數據線有沒有接好；

Check whether the two data cables of the computer and the machine are connected properly;

檢查控制箱內的轉接板的保險絲是否燒掉，換保險絲；

檢查85V電源是否正常供電

四。雕刻時出現錯位或尺寸不對

檢查雕刻軟件的路徑正確與否；

Check whether the path of engraving software is correct;

檢查絲桿的間隙大小及光桿的緊固螺絲有沒有松動；

Check the clearance of the screw rod and whether the fastening screw of the polished rod is loose;

檢查軟件參數的設置正確

Check that the software parameters are set correctly

五。X軸行走某段時Z軸不抬刀，按向上走卻向下走

Five. When the x-axis travels for a certain section, the z-axis does not lift the knife. Press up but down

檢查Z軸馬達是否正常運行，功率及驅動器電流的大小或自身故障；

Check whether the z-axis motor operates normally, the power and driver current or its own fault;

檢查Z軸馬達線是否有接觸不良或中間斷的情況

Check whether the z-axis motor line has poor contact or broken in the middle

六。主軸電機不轉或反轉

Six. Spindle motor does not rotate or reverses

查變頻器的參數的設置；

Check the parameter setting of the frequency converter;

變頻器的信號線是否接反

Is the signal line of the frequency converter connected reversely

七。出現砸刀現象

Seven. Knife smashing

軸馬達功率不夠，聯軸器松動；

Insufficient power of shaft motor and loose coupling;

軸驅動器的電流過小，或信號線接錯

The current of shaft driver is too small or the signal line is connected incorrectly

八。打開軟件開機時，出現軸關閉

Eight. When the software is turned on, the shaft is closed

驅動器的問題或電腦輸出信號線接觸不良；

The problem of the driver or the poor contact of the computer output signal line;

馬達線接觸不良

Poor contact of motor wire

九。雕刻過程中出現限位現象

Nine. Limit during engraving

檢查雕刻路徑是否超過雕刻范圍；

Check whether the engraving path exceeds the engraving range;

在軟件中參數設置的軟限位

Soft limit of parameter setting in software

十。開機時機器不通電

Ten. The machine is not powered on when starting up

檢查啟動按鈕線是否接好及按鈕是否燒壞；

Check whether the start button line is connected properly and whether the button is burnt out;

檢查交流接觸器是否短路或燒壞

Check whether the AC contactor is short circuited or burnt out

十一。按鈕運動時軸只往一個方向走

Eleven. When the button moves, the axis only goes in one direction

檢查光藕線是否正常工作及其線路是否接觸好；

Check whether the optical coupling line works normally and whether the line is in good contact;

檢查電機線路是否有虛焊

Check the motor circuit for faulty welding

十二。發送軟件不能正常打開，雕刻的東西出現畸形

Twelve. The sending software cannot be opened normally, and the carved things are deformed

重新安裝新系統及軟件；

Reinstall the new system and software;

檢查X，Y軸絲桿及螺絲是否松動；

Check whether the screw rods and screws of X and Y axes are loose;

雕刻刀具有問題

十三。雕刻機工作過程中主軸電機突然停轉或轉慢

Thirteen. When the engraving machine is working, the spindle motor suddenly stops or slows down

工作電壓不穩或超負載，加個穩壓器即可；

If the working voltage is unstable or overloaded, add a voltage regulator;

檢查中間線是否接好，線頭是否有脫焊。

Check whether the intermediate wire is connected properly and whether the wire head is desoldered.

十四。雕刻機設置原點時有時向前。向右偏移距離不定

Fourteen. The engraving machine sometimes moves forward when setting the origin. The offset distance to the right is variable

限位開關失靈，在系統回到系統原點的過程中限位開關已閉合又彈開。換限位開關即可；

The limit switch fails. When the system returns to the system origin, the limit switch has been closed and bounced open. Change the limit switch;

驅動線松動。設法把其固定緊即可。

Loose drive line. Try to fix it tightly.

十五。雕刻機啟動復位時為可X軸。Y軸。Z軸位置不定

Fifteen. When the engraving machine is started and reset, it can be x-axis. Y axis. Z-axis position is uncertain

限位開關壞（限位開關始終閉合），換之即可；

If the limit switch is broken (the limit switch is always closed), replace it;

驅動線壞（X軸14針與15針短路，Y軸13針與15針短路，Z軸31針與15針短路），換驅動線或把短路處分開即可；

The drive line is broken (short circuit between pin 14 and pin 15 of X axis, short circuit between pin 13 and pin 15 of Y axis, and short circuit between pin 31 and pin 15 of Z axis). Replace the drive line or remove the short circuit;

驅動板壞，換驅動板即可。

If the drive board is broken, replace the drive board.
