保麗龍雕刻機的操作跟性能特點

一、操作者需要熟悉機床的性能與結構，掌握操作程序，嚴格遵循守則和操作維護規程。

二、非指定人員不得隨便動用設備，室內需配備防火措施。

三、開動泡沫雕刻機機床前應先做好下列工作：

經常保持工作臺拖板、滾珠絲桿及導軌的清潔，切勿使灰塵等進入，以免影響運動精度。

如滾絲筒在換向時有抖絲或振動情況，應立即停止使用，檢查有關零件是否松動，并及時調整。

每周應有1-2次用煤油注入導輪軸承內，以保持清潔和使用壽命。

要特別注意對控制臺裝置的精心維護，保持清潔。

操作者不得亂動電氣元件及控制臺裝置，發現問題應立即停機，通知維修人員檢修。

工作結束或下班時要切斷電源，擦拭機床及控制的全部裝置，保持整潔，用罩將計算機全部蓋好，清掃工作場地（要避免灰塵飛揚）特別是機床的導軌滑動面擦干凈，并加好油認真做好交接班及運行記錄。
