1.軸承選用C級(jí)高速角觸摸軸承本產(chǎn)品NSK軸承。

2.選用精度鋼球堅(jiān)持器，這樣確保了電主軸在高速磨削時(shí)的反轉(zhuǎn)精度。

3.電主軸外殼冷卻選用液循環(huán)冷卻，降低高速旋轉(zhuǎn)引起的發(fā)熱溫升。

4.電主軸選用油霧光滑，選用油脂光滑。

運(yùn)用方法

Application method

1.開機(jī)前有必要接上油水管，做到電主軸先接通油水管后再發(fā)動(dòng)主軸電機(jī)，安裝時(shí)水管油管不能接錯(cuò)。主軸左右兩頭為水管，中間為油管(數(shù)控鉆銑床主軸是油脂光滑，不選用以上方法。)

1. Before startup, it is necessary to connect the oil water pipe, so that the motorized spindle can be connected with the oil water pipe first, and then start the spindle motor. During installation, the water pipe and oil pipe can not be connected incorrectly. The left and right ends of the spindle are water pipes and the middle is oil pipes (the spindle of NC drilling and milling machine is smooth with grease, so the above method is not selected.)

2.運(yùn)用電主軸時(shí)應(yīng)先接油霧管點(diǎn)，管點(diǎn)接頭應(yīng)清潔凈，防止污物進(jìn)入形成軸承燒壞。操作時(shí)應(yīng)看電主軸前端部稍有油霧泄出后，才干發(fā)動(dòng)電主軸，油霧光滑主張選用5號(hào)主軸油調(diào)理，進(jìn)油管為20-30滴/分，常常查看不能斷油，不然會(huì)形成主軸損壞。

2. When using the motorized spindle, the oil mist pipe point shall be connected first, and the pipe point joint shall be clean to prevent dirt from entering and burning the bearing. During operation, the motorized spindle can be started only after the oil mist at the front end of the motorized spindle leaks out slightly. The oil mist is smooth. 3.操作時(shí)，有必要做到主軸徹底停止轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)后，才封閉油霧，這樣才干延長(zhǎng)運(yùn)用壽命，說(shuō)明發(fā)動(dòng)不宜過火頻頻。

3. During operation, it is necessary to close the oil mist after the main shaft completely stops rotating, so as to prolong the service life, indicating that the engine should not be started too frequently.

4.電主軸運(yùn)用前有必要查看砂輪接桿是否同軸，如不同軸超過0.03毫米應(yīng)還砂輪接桿，不然既損壞電主軸，又磨欠好作業(yè)，磨削時(shí)應(yīng)留意不要碰擊，應(yīng)校正后再進(jìn)去磨削。

4. Before using the motorized spindle, it is necessary to check whether the grinding wheel connecting rod is coaxial. If it is not coaxial more than 0.03mm, return the grinding wheel connecting rod, otherwise the motorized spindle will be damaged and the grinding operation will not be good. During grinding, pay attention not to bump, and go in for grinding after correction.

Maintenance

1.電主軸所接中頻電源額外電壓，頻率應(yīng)與電主軸技術(shù)參數(shù)相符，電主軸轉(zhuǎn)速能夠改動(dòng)頻率來(lái)調(diào)正，一起電壓也成正比改動(dòng)。

1. The frequency of the additional voltage of the medium frequency power supply connected to the motorized spindle shall be consistent with the technical parameters of the motorized spindle. The speed of the motorized spindle can be adjusted by changing the frequency, and the voltage is also changed in direct proportion.

2.運(yùn)用過程中應(yīng)防止電主軸軸端部與工件發(fā)生意外碰擊。

3.運(yùn)用過的電主軸暫不必，使用壓縮空氣吹清水管內(nèi)冷卻液，避免生銹，阻塞小孔。并在外表涂上防銹油、軸端加保護(hù)裝置放于干燥處保存。

3. The used motorized spindle is not necessary temporarily. Use compressed air to blow the coolant in the clean water pipe to avoid rust and blocking the small hole. The surface shall be coated with anti rust oil, and the shaft end shall be protected and stored in a dry place.

4.應(yīng)盡量削減空工作，開機(jī)前應(yīng)查看進(jìn)出冷卻水石非疏通。
